CHÍNH SÁCH BẢO MẬT
Khi sử dụng hệ thống điểm của FamilyMart thông qua App FamilyMart, khách hàng cần xác nhận đồng ý cung cấp cho chúng tôi thông tin cá nhân chính xác của mình để phục vụ mục đích quản lý khách hàng thân thiết, nâng cao trải nghiệm khách hàng trên hệ thống, đồng thời để chúng tôi thực hiện các nghĩa vụ pháp lý theo quy định pháp luật Việt Nam.
Khách hàng có quyền được bảo vệ thông tin cá nhân của mình và được thực hiện các quyền liên quan đến dữ liệu cá nhân theo quy định pháp luật, bao gồm quyền truy cập, chỉnh sửa, xóa, rút lại sự đồng ý và khiếu nại về việc xử lý dữ liệu.
Nội dung của chính sách này rất quan trọng. Chúng tôi hi vọng bạn sẽ dành ít thời gian đọc và hiểu đầy đủ.
Chính sách này có thể được cập nhật theo thời gian.
Thu thập thông tin
Chúng tôi thu thập các thông tin sau:
- Thông tin tài khoản người dùng: tên, địa chỉ, ngày sinh, số điện thoại và email.
- Thông tin tài khoản chương trình khách hàng thân thiết: mã thành viên, mật khẩu, số dư và điểm.
- Thông tin giao dịch: lịch sử giao dịch, tích điểm, trừ điểm tại hệ thống cửa hàng FamilyMart.
Quyền của bạn
- Yêu cầu truy cập, chỉnh sửa hoặc xóa thông tin cá nhân.
- Hạn chế xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân hoặc rút lại sự đồng ý bất kỳ lúc nào.
Chúng tôi sẽ xử lý yêu cầu trong vòng 72 giờ theo quy định pháp luật.
Sử dụng thông tin
- Xác định danh tính khách hàng.
- Liên lạc và cung cấp thông tin về chương trình khách hàng thân thiết.
- Cung cấp thông tin về sản phẩm, dịch vụ và khuyến mãi.
- Xử lý giao dịch.
- Hiển thị lịch sử tích điểm.
- Cải thiện chất lượng ứng dụng.
- Quản trị hệ thống.
- Ngăn chặn gian lận.
- Thực hiện nghĩa vụ pháp lý.
Công khai thông tin
- Sử dụng trong chương trình khách hàng thân thiết.
- Kết nối với nền tảng hoặc dịch vụ bên thứ ba.
- Tuân thủ yêu cầu của cơ quan có thẩm quyền.
Liên kết với bên thứ ba
App FamilyMart có thể chứa liên kết đến Facebook, Instagram, Google, Zalo, TikTok và các nền tảng khác. Khi truy cập các liên kết này, thông tin của bạn sẽ được điều chỉnh bởi chính sách bảo mật của nền tảng đó.
Cookie
Cookies là các đoạn dữ liệu nhỏ được lưu trên trình duyệt để lưu thông tin phiên làm việc của thành viên, bao gồm mã số thành viên và tên thành viên.
App FamilyMart sử dụng địa chỉ email của bạn trong các trường hợp:
- Đăng ký thành viên mới.
- Cập nhật thông tin cá nhân.
- Gửi yêu cầu hỗ trợ.
Bảo mật
Các thông tin được truyền đến và đi từ ứng dụng của chúng tôi với thiết bị của bạn được mã hóa theo tiêu chuẩn SSL/TLS. Hệ thống sử dụng cơ chế xác thực bảo mật theo tiêu chuẩn Spring Security.
Lưu trữ dữ liệu
Chúng tôi sẽ lưu trữ thông tin khi tài khoản của bạn còn hoạt động hoặc theo quy định của pháp luật.

ĐIỀU KHOẢN SỬ DỤNG
Khách hàng có thể sử dụng Thẻ thành viên FamilyMart hoặc App FamilyMart để tận hưởng mua sắm tại hệ thống cửa hàng FamilyMart trên toàn quốc.
Vui lòng xuất trình Thẻ thành viên FamilyMart hoặc App FamilyMart khi thanh toán để tích lũy điểm.
FamilyMart khuyến khích khách hàng sử dụng App FamilyMart để thuận tiện trong việc mua sắm, xem điểm, thứ hạng và các chương trình khuyến mãi.
Tỷ lệ quy đổi: 01 VNĐ = 01 điểm.
Điểm không quy đổi thành tiền mặt và không áp dụng cho Bia, Rượu, Thuốc lá.
Điểm tích lũy có giá trị sử dụng trong vòng 01 năm.
Thứ hạng thành viên
FamilyMart có quyền khóa tài khoản nếu phát hiện gian lận hoặc lạm dụng chương trình khuyến mãi.
Thẻ thành viên FamilyMart và App FamilyMart là tài sản của FamilyMart Việt Nam và chỉ được sử dụng tại Việt Nam.
PRIVACY POLICY
When using FamilyMart's point system through the FamilyMart App, customers are required to confirm their consent to provide us with accurate personal information for the purposes of managing the loyalty program, improving the customer experience on the system, and enabling us to fulfill our legal obligations under Vietnamese law.
Customers have the right to have their personal information protected and to exercise rights relating to personal data in accordance with applicable law, including the rights to access, correct, delete, withdraw consent, and make complaints regarding the processing of personal data.

This policy may be updated from time to time.
Information We Collect
We collect the following information:
- User account information: name, address, date of birth, phone number, and email address.
- Loyalty program account information: membership code, password, balance, and points.
- Transaction information: transaction history, point accrual, and point redemption at FamilyMart stores.
Your Rights
- Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.
- Restrict the processing of your personal data or withdraw your consent at any time.
We will process your request within 72 hours in accordance with applicable law.
Use of Information
- Identify customers.
- Contact customers and provide information about the loyalty program.
- Provide information about products, services, and promotions.
- Process transactions.
- Display point accrual history.
- Improve application quality.
- Administer the system.
- Prevent fraud.
- Fulfill legal obligations.
Disclosure of Information
- Use within the loyalty program.
- Connect with third-party platforms or services.
- Comply with requests from competent authorities.
Third-Party Links
The FamilyMart App may contain links to Facebook, Instagram, Google, Zalo, TikTok, and other platforms. When accessing these links, your information will be governed by the privacy policy of the relevant platform.
Cookies
Cookies are small pieces of data stored in your browser to retain member session information, including membership number and member name.
The FamilyMart App uses your email address in the following cases:
- Registering a new membership account.
- Updating personal information.
- Submitting a support request.
Security
Information transmitted to and from our application and your device is encrypted using SSL/TLS standards. The system uses security authentication mechanisms based on Spring Security standards.
Data Retention
We will retain your information while your account remains active or as required by law.

TERMS OF USE
Customers can use the FamilyMart Membership Card or the FamilyMart App to shop at FamilyMart stores across Vietnam.
Please present your FamilyMart Membership Card or FamilyMart App at checkout to accumulate points.
FamilyMart encourages customers to use the FamilyMart App to conveniently view points, rankings and promotions.
Conversion rate: 01 VND = 01 point.
Points cannot be exchanged for cash and are not applicable for Beer, Wine and Tobacco products.
Accumulated points are valid for 1 year.
Membership Tiers
FamilyMart reserves the right to suspend accounts in case of fraud or abuse.
The FamilyMart membership card and FamilyMart App are property of FamilyMart Vietnam and are for use only in Vietnam.
